A: Pours a crystal clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy bright white head slowly reduces to a large patch of mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of sweetness as well as slightly less than moderate aromas of earthy, herbal, grassy, and floral hops.
T: Upfront there is a just shy of moderate flavor of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of earthy, herbal, grassy, and floral hops which impart a slightly stronger than light amount of bitterness which lingers for a while.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Enjoyable and easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Slightly more bitter than typical for the style but still quite enjoyable. I could easily have a couple of these.

Pours a slightly unclear yellow, with low, fine foam.
Smell is very clean and crisp, with some hints of rye.
Taste is also very crisp and clean up front, with a very nice biscuity base. Hints of citrus precedes a bigger than expected bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice kellerbier, a bit more bitter than usual.
