Enjoyed at the Copenhagen Beer Fest. Reviewed from notes.
A - Poured a nice dark brown almost black with a thin mocha head.
S - Aromas of light rum, nice chocolate notes, good barrel oak as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Excellent rum flavour and barrel notes, nice vanilla, good chocolate. Very nice lactose and creamy flavour.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy, slightly hot.
O - Overall this was a very nice imperial stout. The rum notes were just spot on without being too overpowering. Lactose was nice as well.
