Copenhagen 7/5 2016. 33 cl bottle from Meny. Little fellow peeking up from green tank top cleavage. Kinda cute.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer,´. Substantial lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is sweet and fruity. Passion fruit, peach and hints of grapefruit.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate. Gently tingling texture.
Flavor is nicely balanced between malty sweetness and a medium strong bitterness - especially pronounced in the aftertaste.
Nice and easy to drink summer beer. A little too easy if you consider the price.

Pours a halwway clear light orange, with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is full of brett and apples, with a hint of citrus.
Taste is mildly bretty, with hints of apple peel, a tad tart before adding a mild bitterness. Very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is a bit thin, and slightly under carbonated.
Overall a , nice "seesion" brett IPA. Very refreshng.
