i thought this was killer, and even though there are only a few other ratings here, i cant for the life of me figure out what they were thinking, way low to me, this is really good, on trend, and real fresh tasting to me despite the fact that the way i interpret the date on the bottom of the can suggests this is coming up against the end of its forecasted lifespan. i could be reading that wrong, and must be, it tastes just born to me. the color is orangey and bright, uniformly hazy, like juice, with a thick and lasting white head, really pretty and active and summery, this is how i want my hazy ipa to look. it smells and tastes like candied hops, the cryo profile that is becoming popular, independent of varietal, i get oils and crystals and pure sex appeal, peach rings, white wine, orange and green melon together, overripe, pineapple and cut flowers, bold and different, new school, on top of a very sturdy, almost creamy feeling grain base, less delicate than i thought it might be, but it seems to lift up the hops and keep them around a little while. lots to like here, a really unique, mostly southern hemisphere hop profile, i would love to know what all is actually in here. cool to be seeing just a little more mikkeller stuff in colorado lately, its been way too long since anything new has come around. i loved this, hate the single can for the price, but the beer is wonderful, id buy this in a 30 pack... a collaboration with some bands maybe, hard to make sense of the label...

Pours foggy hazy golden amber with a dense creamy white foam head. Smells like apricot, peach, mango, orange citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, berry, caramelized malts, tea, with dank floral earthy herbal grassy resinous pine. Tastes pretty malty, floral and earthy with notes of apricot, mango, peach, orange citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, berry, toasty caramelized malts, some tea, with dank floral earthy herbal grassy resinous pine. Feels medium bodied, creamy and slick with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice IPA.
