Copenhagen 20/4 2018. 50 cl can from Mikkeller Bottleshop, Torvehallerne Kbh K. Keith Shore Drawing of two guys cultivating hops on the can.
Pours hazy, milky pale yellow with a big frothy white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Climbing up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong citric scent. A light odor of sweet, ripe, exotic fruit is soon overpowered by a strong scent of Grapefruit and lemon. Lightly acidic.
Light carbonation. Soft, creamy, slightly thick, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingering.
Fresh, citric and intense.

Hazy pale color with off-white head. Aroma has juicy hops, milky yeast, bright lemony notes, even a bit minty. Taste follows with juicy hops and citrus fruits, light bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body and carbonation. Quite nice with really juicy hops, better than the Idaho version.
