Copenhagen 21/11 2018. 33 cl can from Mikkeller Webshop. Keith Shore drawing of the little mermaid on the can. Almost as bizarre as it sounds.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with small white head. Settles as flimsy, thin layer foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fruity sour with a farty undertone. Citrus, lime with a touch of sulphur. Some fruity intensity lurking in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a moderate sour bitterness. Aftertaste is a little sour but pretty thin. Mild bite from the Chili.
Might be a good fit for strong Mexican Food at La Neta But quite thin and not particularly interesting on it’s own.

On tap. Clear light golden color with slightly off-white head. Aroma is mostly malty with some light citrus notes. Taste follows with clean malt, light spiciness, some hop bitterness on the finish. Light body, medium plus carbonation. Quite watery beer with nothing special about it.
