Pours into an imperial nonic a hazed orange tinged lemon yellow with a full one finger head that settles into a frothy mass leaving a broken ring behind, alot of floaties around.A mix of herbal and grass notes mixed light citrus, not one that punched you in the nose but it's pleasant enough.Somewhat sugary sweet on the palate followed by some herbal/leafy spice and earth in the finish.Kind of an odd mix of flavors but all in all it's decent beer, just takes a little while to figure out where it's going.

Not sure of the canned on date but it was like a snow globe when I poured it tons of particulate matter floating. 9% is unnecessary for an IPA not a fan

Poured from 16oz can into 20oz sauvin glass. No canning date.
Look: Dark yellow, moderate opacity. 1" head formation, with great amount of lacing. Has alot of "floaties."
Smell: Grains, corn, wheat, orange, papaya, tangerine, lemon. Herbal and earthy smelling too, with floral notes. Really interesting smell, somewhat reminds me of potatoes, onions, and carrots in a crock pot.
Taste: Unique taste. I get some orange, papaya, tangerine and lemon, but also a grainy taste to it, reminding me of corn meal. Aftertaste is florally and earthy. Moderate bitterness.
Feel: Medium in body and weight, low carbonation. Creamy feel to it.
Overall: This is a different offering all around. I am glad I was to try it, but it is definitely not something I would want much of. Someone mentioned oniony, and I can oddly see that. It has a gritty taste to it, coupled with strong earthy and floral tones. I was thankful to try it, and definitely a unique brew worthy of an adventure. Cheers!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/30/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, mango, melon, red apple, onion, citrus peel/zest, weeds, green pepper, pine, wheat, bread dough, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of earthy/fruity/citrus hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, mango, melon, red apple, onion, citrus peel/zest, weeds, green pepper, pine, wheat, bread dough, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, mango, melon, red apple, onion, citrus peel/zest, weeds, green pepper, pine, wheat, bread dough, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of earthy/fruity/citrus hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and slightly resinous mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 9%. Overall this is an outstanding NE DIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of earthy/fruity/citrus hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV; with the mildly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Very unique hop profile from the HBC682. Very dank/earthy hop complexity, with some nice citrus/fruity juiciness; nice bready malt backbone, not overly sweet/heavy feeling. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

A: Pours a hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation, moderate amounts of fine light colored particles in suspension, and faint apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of onion, tropical/papaya, herbal, floral, and citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of caramel + biscuit malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of caramel + biscuit malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of onion, tropical/papaya, herbal, floral, spicy, and citrus/grapefruit zest hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving floral + juicy hop flavors lingering.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: I found this one to be interesting and enjoyable though the aroma of the onions is not what I expected when I first opened the beer though not unpleasant. Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol.

Poured from a fresh can into a standard tulip.
Look: Deep yellow, murky; finger and a half of head on a medium-aggressive pour; strong lacing remains on the glass throughout.
Smell: there are plenty of fruity and floral notes that are typical to any neipa, but there is also a somewhat less apparent and nowdays-rare earthly piny smell of the old school wc ipas.
Taste: follows the nose; fruity and floral upfront, with plenty of pine to follow on the back end, decently bitter for a new-england style ipa; not a hint of alcohol, even as the beer warms.
Feel: really nice, full bodied, fitting to the abv level.
Oveall: I loved this beer. One of my favorite (if not the favorite) of 2018 so far. I only wish I bought more of them. Highly recommended.

16oz can normal pour into American pint glass leaves a few cm of slightly off-white head, murky/hazy dark yellow body, lots of material floating and settling at the bottom, not much lacing
Aroma is funky, I hate to piggy back off another reviewer but he hit the nail on the head.. I’m getting Funions(sweet onions) lol, some bread but dude the onion smell is messing with me
Taste slightly bitter, heavy dank hop flavors, resin-ey pine but a solid malt backbone to it. Glad there’s no onion taste to follow that aroma..
Mouthfeel is juicy, carbonation is kinda sharp but still kind of lighter, long lasting finish
Overall I enjoyed this beer despite the fact I hate onions, and though it didn’t work as well for me I’d definitely say it’s worth trying, I can appreciate the complexity nonetheless.

Canned 1/30/18, consumed 2/23/18
Poured hazy, cloudy, unfiltered golden straw with tons of sediment floating around. Pretty decent white head that left a good amount of lacing.
Aroma, whoa, is primarily sweet onions, some sweet malt, and maybe some fruit in there somewhere. Definitely very peculiar, haven't had many (or maybe any) DIPAs or IPAs with this kind of aroma. Works for me because I love onions.
Taste starts with the onion aroma but is then quickly followed by zesty citus fruit, earthy & danky hops.
Mouthfeel is medium, strong solid bitterness, dry finish.
Overall, well, they used experimental hops and got a unique veggie/fruit blend aroma and flavor profile as a result. If you love onions and have an open mind, try this beer!
