Copenhagen 16/3 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Blue can with a drawing of the man with the black hat and a woman holding a paddle with holes.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with small white head. Settles as scattered patches of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Not much lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with fermented notes of tropical fruits and with a citric whiff. Mango and papaya. Fermented. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light fermented boozy touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite on the sweet side for a DIPA.

On tap at the brewery. From notes. Reviewed 7 August 2018.

Muddy yellow, light head.
Smells like peaches, beer malt, and nouveau hops.
On point for style. Delectable and delicious and just what I wanted. Deep fruits, fabulously hoppy, thick without being sweet.
While quintessential and classic, it's a bit straightforward and hard to drink more than 8 ounces.

This is the new batch 3, 8.5%abv version. The first one I had last year was a single hazy at 7%, and I rated it somewhere in the neighborhood of 4.3 overall.
This double hazy version is a slight step down - intensity of aroma along with the flavor and feel were in line but just a bit lesser than the single version. I missed the 9.1%abv version.

Canned 3/1/18, consumed 3/21/18
Poured very hazy, cloudy honey & straw color with a small head that left very nice lacing.
Aroma is a full, bright mix of tropical fruits.
Taste follows aroma - zesty, delicious, a great tropical take of a hazy IPA.
Mouthfeel is very soft and smooth, medium body, lighter carbonation, very easy bitterness, clean dry finish.
Overall solid, above-average NEIPA-style beer from Mikkeller SD.

16 ounce can into a Sam Adams glass. Hazy body with a bright white head. The scent is the best part of this beer for me though the flavor is very enjoyable. Pineapple is the most forward flavor. Hops are solid, mostly living in the finish, which is kind of a damp finish as opposed to a dry, crisp one. It's a juicy IPA. It was a pricy can at $7 for the single but I was happy to try it.
