Golden blonde with a slight haze and initially strong, white head. Not much retention and no lacing. Aroma is heady with dill, overpowering even, but also with plenty of characteristic coconut, hand lotion, almond milk, and lemon. A brilliant showcase for the hop, particularly because the malt and yeast profiles are neutral/non-existent. Crisp yet chewy and fatty on the palate, with some vanilla coming through and more lemon zest than expected compared to the aroma. An interesting experiment and tasty beer, but difficult to judge on its own, so let's try the Belgian version...
