Received a can of this as an extra in a trade.
A - Poured in to my Duvel tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a two finger white head that fades to leave very sticky side lacing and a thin creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of a fair amount of malts, tea, sweet malts. Not very hoppy, or citrusy, or anything like that. Very herbal tea like and malty.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Loads more of that herbal tea, kind of earthy. There are some sweet malts but also some sweeter hop elements. Almost strawberry jam like. Maybe a little melon, but, definitely more strawberry tea like than any other hop. As it warms there is an apricot jam like flavour.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, a little fluffy.
O - Overall this was a solid IPA, however, the nose was incredibly lackluster. Just smelled super, super old and malty.

On tap at their LA bar, billed as a New England IPA.
The pour is certainly hazy enough for the style--but is that the only criteria, a very hazy pour? The hoppiness is medium-level, not nearly as intense or interesting as what you'll find in superior iterations of the style. The beer is still nicely balanced, with fruity hops up front and toasted grain on the back, but overall it's pretty tame.

A one pint can with no canned on or best before date. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Appearance: A hazy dark orange colour with a big four finger white head that had good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Light mango, apricot, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, orange rind and strawberries.
Taste: Light biscuit malt, orange rind and peel, grapefruit, with hints of peach.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Not as ‘juicy’ as other NEIPAs, but I like it as the aroma and taste was still good and it just goes down so easy.

Pours a hazy light orange with thick, soft head.
Smell is juicy with big notes of peaches and white tea.
Taste is refreshing and light, with notes of canned peaches, grass and tea. Nice, mellow bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, another really good low ABV IPA from Mikkeller. Very easy to drink and very refreshing.
