Copenhagen 8/6 2020. 37,5 cl bottle from Mikeller web-shop. Blend #2. Lighter green label with a drawing of the brewery.
Pours murky burgundy with a small bubbly white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving behind a dark, red wine-like substance. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, vinous and sour. Light sweet berry-like sweetness, dry vinous odor and sour, unripe grapes. Hints of vinegar and funk.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, vinous sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice flavored sour beer with a strong, dry, tart sourness but not without a light redeeming sweetness.

Pours a dark red with a little hint of pink foam.
Smell is tart and vinous with notes of oak and red grapes.
Taste is tart with a bit of bitterness mixed in. Dry and vinous with notes of oak, grapes, blood orange, white wine and a hint of perfume. Nice acidity and plenty of complexity.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a very nice and complex sour.

Baghaven, 70 DKK ($11) for a tiny pour.
Pretty good, nice color from grapes and a ring of head. Nose is pretty inviting, but a touch of THP mixes with grapes and light oak in the palatte. Good, not great.
