Oatis, My Man is an oated helles/landbier brewed in collaboration with Jack's Abby. Delicately hopped with Saaz and Hallertau Blanc, Oatis brings together new and old world traditions. It's a super soft and approachable pillowy lager that will undoubtedly become a staff favorite- so come by and snag some before we drink it all.

Clear gold, light head, no bubbles
Grainy and sweet, but not unpleasant.
Tastes smooth and sweet and I guess "pillowy", but honestly I want more crispness in my Helles. If this means lighter grains or more sulfur, so be it.

Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and malty with a nice floral element.
Taste is bready and so crisp and clean. Great bitterness and very soft and balanced. Slight sweetness and a mineral touch on the finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, soft and creamy. Well carbonated.
Overall, a great helles, balanced and crisp.
