A: The beer is clear yellow and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that gradually died down but consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops and bready malts are present in the nose along with hints of grainy malts.
T: The taste follows the smell has has flavors of bready and grainy malts as well as grassy hops, the latter of which contribute a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and faintly chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsener has a very good balance between the flavors of malts and hops.
