L: Straw yellow in color. No head formation or glass lacing.
S: Tea is dominant smell on the nose, followed by ginger and lastly grapefruit. Not getting much peach on the nose, but I am enjoying the smell thus far.
T: There is the peach! The tea and peach are dominant flavors. The grapefruit adds a nice citrusy acidic flavor profile to finish. Initial flavors of peach and tea, with a grapefruit and peach finish. The ginger is noted as well, and kind of blends together throughout the whole flavor profile.
F: Light in body and weight and moderately high for the carbonation. A nice feel and a pleasure to drink.
O: With each sip, I find myself enjoying this beer more and more. It has all the flavors that are listed on the label, and I really appreciate that. I am very grateful to have tried. I always and excited to try more from Mikkeller's berliner series. Cheers!

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving lots of specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lactobacillus and tea are present in the nose along with hints of peaches.
T: The taste has flavors of peaches and tea with faint hints of ginger. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a lot of aromas and flavors of tea and isn't that sour compared to other beers in the style.
Serving type: can
