A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a every so slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface after it settled down and lots of lacing running down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of oily pine are present in the nose along with hints of grapefruit.
T: The taste follows the smell, but is more balanced between flavors of citrus—grapefruit stands out in particular—and pine. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is neither crispness nor juiciness in the mouthfeel.
O: The taste of this beer has a nice balance between flavors of citrus and pine. It's not that difficult to drink for an Imperial IPA because it's not overly heavy on the palate and the alcohol is relatively well masked from the taste.

Pours a hazy ornge with fine, soft head.
Smell is piney with notes of peaches, tea and some grass.
Taste is boozy and peachy with some pine and a perfumey hint. Bitterness and hop bite a moderate.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice DIPA that is a bit too boozy to start. As it warms a little, it settles down.
