L: pours hazy gold under a robust 2.5" off-white foam collar with good retention.
S: spicy aromas, citrus, trace biscuit, hint caramel
T: Interesting, slightly rustic yeast flavors, spice, white pepper, citrus, citrus peel, grass, biscuit, with a drying finish.
F: very creamy, medium full body, medium, very soft carbonation.
O: An interesting beer that is a little like the marriage of a Saison with a NE IPA.
