The Imperial version of our single hop IPA, Oil Baron. It features a heavy double dry hop of Segal Ranch high-oil Cascade. It’s big, bold, and beautiful!

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is slightly sweet with notes of piney resin, citrus anf hints of peaches and tea.
Taste starts off with an initial sweetness that moves into a pretty solid piney bitterness. Hints of earth, ggrass, eaches, tea and some booziness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice beer that straddles the line between the coasts.

Aug/21/2018 stamped on the bottom, purchased at the source in the Citi Field Queens, NY Mikkeller location.
Pours heavily hazed, soft typical almond hued amber, tine bubble froth, sheeting and fine strands of lacing left on the glass.
Muted ripe fruit nose with melon and orange pith.
Super soft and smooth feel wise.
Tasty, complex, densely flavorful and nicely crafted DIPA, soft melon and super ripe pineapple notes abounding.
Quality and well worth a try take on the style....go get some

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and appears to have a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving a patch of bubbles in the center, a narrow collar around the edge, and a thin film of bubbles in between.
S: Moderate aromas of resinous citrus hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having a mixture of alternating flavors of orange citrus and pine resins. A light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and is slightly crisp with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer starts off with a good balance of citrusy and resinous aromas and flavors, but if you let it warm up the resin starts to become a little stronger. It is rather drinkable considering its strength.
