German-style Oktoberfest beer brewed with the ever-classic Tettnang. Super smooth with a touch of toasted bread character, this beer is perfect for a stein or five. #workingsteintofive

Straw in color and maintains a nice head. Clear with a steady stream of rising carbonation very visible. Plenty of malty earthy notes on the nose with some orchard fruit in the background. Grassy, yeasty, malty, with more of those orchard fruit type notes like apple and pear. Little evidence of hops though nothing really expected. Finishes pleasantly enough.

A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of toasted malts are present in the nose along with notes of yeast and bready malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light to moderate aromas of toasted malts along with notes of yeast and bready malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, very smooth, and a little "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: True to the style, this beer is very malty but doesn't have as much of the aromas and flavors of toasted malts (or the coppery appearance) that you would normally expect. In some aspects, it almost tasted like a hybrid between an Oktoberfest and a Kellerbier.
