We made a fruity breakfast cereal beer for your tastebuds. Dry hopped entirely with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic lupulin powder and brewed with flaked oats and wheat for a malt backbone that supports the intense aroma coming from a fastball of hop powder.

another citra simcoe and mosaic ipa in the east coast style, i like them, but i am also tiring of them, and there is nothing at ll unique about this one, and its quality cant save it, which is what i depend on now for samey beer to distinguish itself. i mean, i will never turn down a glass of this, or any of the ten thousand others just like it in the world, but its not what i expect from mikkeller, which is innovative beers of the finest quality, we dont quite get there with this one. a little lighter than some of the others, a bit more of a glow to it, and a nice white head on top. smells the part, mosaic out in front with the other sidekicks close behind, very little bitterness here, and enough malt to support a pretty robust dry hopping, this is juicy and fruity forward, citrusy first, but with some pineapple and even pineapple candy there as well. citra seems the lightest of these in the flavor. the body is medium and the mouthfeel is fuller, flush and long, with some of the oils lingering. i am a fan of this lupulin powder thing, it brings the hops a unique bursting intensity, and with these varietals thats what you want. overall a nice beer, but it tastes like countless others to me, i always want to be surprised or intrigued by mikkeller beers, and this one does neither, but it tastes good...

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving large patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of stone fruit are present in the nose along with notes of mangos.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of stone fruit along with notes of limes and hints of mangos. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of oats in this beer makes it feel a little lighter-bodied and smoother compared to other beers in the style.

A touch too dank, but a very solid beer. Drinkable for days.
