Copenhagen 1/1 2019. 47,3 cl can from Mikkellers Webshop. Keith Shore drawing of lady with a serious blush and a bowl of berries. For some reason the girl feels inclined to point her finger at the blush.
Pours hazy amber with a strong red hue. Small bubbly white head which disappears fairly fast. No lacing.
Aroma reminds me more of a lemonade than beer. Strong odor of Raspberry. A little perfumed. Light saltiness. Very light hints of coffee.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lively and prickly texture.
Flavor is tart and heavily infused by raspberry. A more subtle sweetness reminding me of chocolate rummaging in the background. Aftertaste is tartand sour with a brief underlying sweetness. Lingers shortly.
Very fresh and tart beer where I could miss the coffee they mention on the can a bit.

On tap at the brewery. From notes. Reviewed 7 August 2018.
4/4.5/4.25/4/4.75
Hazy brown with a distinct reddish hue
Smells like a raspberry chocolate cordial. But with lactic acid and beer. Hell yeah.
Smooth and shocking. The coffee comes through distinctly, but always as an accent. There is some wheat, some gorgeous berries, but frankly not as tart as anticipated.
