This one pours a pretty hazy orange color, with a small decently sized head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grass, chalk, piney hops, and orange rind.
This is a bit basic. It's got a generically juicy flavor- maybe orange? But it kind of feels flat and undefined. It's slightly chalky, and astringent as it warms. There's no real malt character here.
This is pretty drinkable, at least, with a nice lightness, and a nice crispness. There's a typical level of carbonation.
I typically expect a bit more out of this brewery. It's very drinkable, but run of the mill.

Canned 9/24/18 (based on Julian date of 18267 on the bottom of the can), this is a collaboration with the Pencils of Promise organization, for which there was some sorta gala and Mikkeller San Diego was their beer sponsor... Regardless of the humanitarian angle, this is a delicious beer... Pours pale-medium gold, totally opaque, under a coupla fingers of white head that left lace sheets down the glass... New England-styled, this is a soft, plush, and smooth beer, very mild, with a pillowy feel and sweetness... Aromas and flavors suggest pale orchard fruit and mild tropical fare - nothing sharp or tangy or bitter - one of the softest and creamiest fruit smoothie-type beers I've had... Really enjoyable...
