Copenhagen 7/9 2018. 33 cl can from Irma, Kbh NV. From Mikkeller series of beer named after weird Danish proverbs. Keith Shore Drawing of a guy getting dumper by his red Shrimp.
Pours slightly hazy, golden yellow with big white head. Quite persistent. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam clinging to the side of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is sweetish and quite fruity for a pilsener. Medium intense. Orange, melon and a little citric Grape fruit.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, very prickly and lively texture. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is prominently bitter. Lingers shortly.
Does what a pilsener is supposed to with a good bitterness and with a nice hint of more exotic hops. But I do not have very many shrimps left after buying this.
