Copenhagen 11/9 2018. 33 cl can from Irma, Kbh NV. Keith Shore Drawing of guy breaking pencils with steam blowing out of the Ears.

Pours pale yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam clinging to the side of the glass. Substantial Lacing.

Aroma is strong and sour. Tart goose berries and blackberries, citrus, lemon with prominent acidic notes. Hints of funk.

Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.

Flavor is lightly sweet soon overpowered by prominent sourness. Aftertaste is sour but a little thin. Fairly short lived.

Nice austere, fairly light Berliner Weiss. A little thin - but refreshing.

330ml Can from Marks & Spencer:
Really clear amber with a large, foamy white head & excellent retention. It's sharp & tangy on the nose with lemon & citrus. It's tarty & sour at the end of the nose & this comes through even stronger with the taste, it's zesty & dry with tonnes of lemon & funk showing. The body is light-medium & crisp with a tiny bit of sweetness right at the end too.
