Copenhagen 10/4 2021. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Classic German style Pilsner label in green, red and yellow.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a dry hoppy scent. Sweet pale malts, grass, sour grains, citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid appropriately bitter Pilsener.
