We wanted to release a special beer for Breast Cancer awareness month, so we decided to imperialize one of our favorites- Raspberry Blush. We bumped the ABV, doubled the fruit and added more coffee!

L: Brilliant raspberry red with a massive 3" lightly pink tinted white cap with fair retention.
S: raspberries with some coffee in the background
T: Raspberry leads with some tart and it finishes dry with a slight astringent note with traces of coffee. Malt and coffee balance the raspberries.
F: Medium body and medium plus carbonation.
O: this beer is unique, unusual and refreshing.

A: The beer is hazy red in color with some faint brownish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin ring around the edge of the glass after it quickly died down.
S: Light to moderate aromas of raspberries and coffee beans are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of raspberry flavors and finishes with notes of coffee beans. There are slight hints of sourness in the beginning of the taste.
M: It feels a bit more than light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is definitely a souped-up version of a Berliner Weissebier. I thought that it did a very nice job at balancing the flavors of raspberries and coffees in the taste.
