Blended Danish wild ale fermented and aged in French oak foeders and then aged on fresh blackberries.

Pours a dark purple, with just a tiny fringe of foam.
Smell is tart, oaky and funky, with notes of blackberries, raspberries and a hint of vinegar.
Taste is sour with plenty of acidity, almost mouth puckering. Huge notes of blackberries mingle with finer hints of oak, white wine, lemon and funk. Very well balanced, and hugely complex. Long, dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium and dry, well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour, with great flavors and balance.
