A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that left a large pillow of bubbles on the surface, a wide collar around the edge, and lots of specks of bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of earthy, grassy, and herbal hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light to moderate amount of associated bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink given its low alcohol content but really showcases the aromas and flavors of the Saaz hops.
