Pours a semiclear yellow with low, wispy head.
Smell is tart with notes of lemon, lime and a hint of vanilla. Pretty subdued overall.
Taste is tart and citrusy, mainly lime. A hint of sweetness and bitterness with some booziness to it. Very refreshing, despite the booze.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice beer, but a little bland and in between styles.

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose along with notes of lemongrass.
T: The taste is quite sour with flavors of lemongrass and notes of gooseberries and limes. There also is a light amount of bitterness. As the beer warms up, hints of vanilla beans start to become noticeable.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There are also some hints of tartness in the mouthfeel.
O: This beer starts off very sour, but if you let it warm up a bit the flavors become more complex as the vanilla beans begin to creep in.
