On tap at The Daily Refresher in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear light amber, with a small head and not much lacing. This doesn’t look like any witbier I’ve ever seen.
This smells like slightly herbal and clovey, with piney hops and some grass.
This is very underwhelming. It doesn’t really feel like a witbier at all - it feels like passable homebrew. It’s quite thinly flavored, with a touch of wheat and mild spicing, and a bitter overhopping to it.
This is light bodied and very thin, with a bit of wateriness to it.
I don’t recommend this one, really can’t.

A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving a large patch of bubbles that covered most of the surface, a collar around the edge, and some streaks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of orange peel are present in the nose along with hints of wheat.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of wheat are a bit stronger compared to those of the orange peel. Notes of coriander spices also begin to become noticeable once the beer starts to warm up.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink, although I wouldn't compare it to be as refreshing compared to other beers in the style. Once warmed up, the taste has a nice balance between the coriander, orange peel, and wheat.
