Copenhagen 11/9 2020. 33 cl can. Gift from my colleagues at work. Light blue can with drawing of the guy with the black hat blow drying a lady.
Pours hazy, opaque, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong citric odor mingling with a more subtle sweet, fruity odor. Papaya and peach. Lemon, citrus and oranges.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth and soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong bitterness followed by slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a notable bitter undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a light boozy burn.
Solid well-balanced IPA. But not austere and bitter enough to merit the illustration on the can.

330 ml can, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 6.0%. The hop varieties are not mentioned on the can. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of citrus, yellow stonefruits, tropical fruits, pine and spruce. Light bodied for its strength. The flavour is not too sweet, but has the same elements as the aroma, citrus and sprucetips up front. Moderate bitterness.

330 ml bottle
Pours out a dirty hazy golden yellowy brown, with a thick puffy head. Lots of citrusy hops on the nose. Taste is smooth, and bright citrusy hops with hardly any bitterness. Soft and smooth mouth feel.
Overall a very enjoyable IPA and I would get it again if I saw it. However, Mikkelar beers tend to be quite expensive in these parts, and there are local ipas that are probably almost as good.
