On tap at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen.
Pours a hazy orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is tart with notes of mango, passionfruit, peaches and lime.
Taste is crisp and tart with nice acidity and some oakiness. Notes of citrus, peach, mango and some funk, and finishes with hints of dry white wine and a bit of white pepper.
Mouthfeel is medium, and very sparkling.
Overall, a very nice sour, balanced and refreshing.
