A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + brassy colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense soapy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/lemon, herbal, woody, and floral hops over the top of moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by a moderate flavor of citrus/lemon, herbal, woody, and floral hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which slowly fades away.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol, crisp, and refreshing. Enjoyable with a new (to me) hop profile that is quite interesting.

Unfiltered bright gold with a bone white white foam. Good lacing, little retention.
Very bready aroma with a floral and herbal finish.
Flavor is similar with a pronounced herbal touch. Sage comes to mind.
Clean, light, and crisp with a nice bitter cleaning punch.
An interesting and refreshing beer that is quite unique and enjoyable.
Cheers.
