On a flight from London to Copenhagen 28/2 2019. 33 cl can purchased on the plane. Keith Shore Drawing of Two weird men playing with miniature airplane on the can. Seems that Mikkeller is the new SAS household name as this beer can only be purchased on the plane.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow. Fairly big foamy white head. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive Lacing.
Aroma is a little subdued due to the foam. Aroma is sweetish with lighter citric notes. Caramel, hints of exotic fruit. Lightnotes of citrus and lemon. A little perfumed.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, Soft and fluffy texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by a weaker but notable bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a bit.
Not bad for a Airplane Beer - but a bit too sweet to suit my tastebuds.
