Nucleated Pilsner
Look: Semi-clear Amber color. barely poured a head. Left a minute ring with almost no lacing
Smell: Its good. Floral and tropical. Nose gives off strong passionfruit and hibiscus.
Taste: Slightly sour. The finish leaves passionfruit and hibiscus notes.
Feel: Light mouthfeel. Crisp.
Overall: Its alright. The alcohol isn't hidden very well and it hits few notches higher than it is.

Quite a surprisingly refreshing gose. Not usually my style but this was quite good. Canned date 7/22/19. Pours a lighter orange-pink color with some fluffy white head and some very spotty lingering lacing. Smells of ripe tropical fruit - passion fruit, mango, tangerine, guava, pineapple. Also some weaker floral hops and vanilla. Taste follows the nose, perfect balance of saltiness and tartness without being overwhelming. Well done. Smooth mild mouthfeel and good carbonation. Very enjoyable.

A: The beer is hazy pinkish red in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that died down, leaving a large patch of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of passionfruit are present in the nose along with notes of pineapple.
T: The taste has flavors of pineapples, passionfruit and tangerine with notes of saltiness and hints of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a nice take on a tropical gose and makes for a nice selection on a hot summer day. It is very easy to drink and has refreshing properties.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/22/2019. Pours lightly hazy medium orange/amber, light reddish/pinkish color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/tangy passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/tangy/spiciness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/tangy/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, sticky/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.9%. Overall this is an excellent fruited gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, hibiscus, fruity/acidic yeast, coriander, salt, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tangy/tannic/spicy drying finish; mellowly lactic/salty. Awesome balance of juicy/vibrant fruits/hibiscus and Lacto complexity; with a great clean pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Not overwhelming on any aspect.
