Pours a slightly clouded amber colored beer with a huge, froth head.
Smells of mango, passion fruit and cakey malts, making up for a hop forward sweetness on the nose.
Drinks very light and quite refreshing, due to the high carbonation in this and the beer‘s thinner mouthfeel.
Tastes aqueous, a little bitter and then quite malty without anything standing out in particular. The beer develops a nice lemon bitterness, holding the prominent malts in perfect balance. Finishes with a leafy hop quality, wood bark and glazed caramel, toned down by a lingering lime finish.
This is a very simple, yet functional pale ale. It produces an old school flavor profile, consisting of prominent, sweeter malts and dry, herbal hops, creating an easy drinking, refreshing beverage.
