Copenhagen 1/11 2019. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Keith Shore Drawing of a woman and a man where she s looking in a hand mirror.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as 2,5 cm thick layer of frothy foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, lightly sweet with stronger citric notes. light malty sweetness with a little caramel. Hints of Peach and Pineapple. Sharp notes of Citrus and Lemon.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry and bit watery.
Nice and Citric but a bit thin.

Small pour at the CPH airport bar. Dark for the style. Quite hoppy, good malt bill, very unique. Sweet and rich yet bright and refreshing. A well balanced beer. Tasty!

330ml can. A clean, straightforward, easy-drinking American-style pale ale. Mandarin aroma, citrus and pine flavour, medium bodied. Not a stand-out but a nicely crafted session ale nonetheless.

Pours gold, slight haze. Lasting head. Lots of aroma. Nice dry finish with lingering biscuity malt. Overall: a carefully designed, perfect beer.

A correct beer but that has left me a little indifferent. A beer made to grab a pint and go do it. Little graduation, little forcefulness, smooth, without evolution. A good beer that brings nothing

look: three finger foamy white head, a little bit of lacing, beer is a slightly hazy amber colour with lots of little bubbles flying around the beer.
smell: some light biscuity malt flavour there, nice fresh fruit flavours, lot of orange and mango, juicy, citrusy, piney, earthy, mellow but still nicely aromatic, quite sweet, touch of grass and hay.
taste: a perfectly nice pale ale, light grainy biscuity malt flavour at first, then a gentle wave of sweetness, lots of that orange flavour, orange peel, lemon zest, lots of mango, really piney, a touch earthy, nice bit of bitterness on the finish, fruit flavours linger too, nice pale ale, well balanced.
feel: light bodied, medium carbonation, a touch syrupy, gentle lingering bitterness on the back of the tongue, super sessionable.
overall: quite a tasty pale ale, nice start of session drink, perhaps more suitable for a warm sunny day rather than a cold rainy day like the one i’m currently experiencing.

Pours truly pale and slightly clouded with a big, stable head.
Smells of fresh cut lime, sunflowers and blueberry bush, with a hint of passion fruit atop.
Drinks light and easy, with a lighter mouthfeel and a perfect level of slightly sparkly carbonation.
Tastes of lime zest, mango, ice bonbon and a huge mango appearance, creating a diverse hoppiness from the very beginning. Has a gentle, light and crackery malt backbone, establishing a convincing balance in this, adding more depth to the taste defining hops. Finishes with blueberries, watermelon and a surprisingly long lasting lime bitterness with a crackery undertone.
For 4.4 abv this is insanely flavorful and complex. It drinks very easy at the same time, creating a very rewarding drink.
