Pours a dark, reddish amber with soft, fine head.
Smell is malty and floral, with notes of pine, grapefruit and rye bread.
Taste follows the nose, and adds elements of caramel and white pepper, along with a nice, soid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice rye IPA, reminds me of Hop Head Red by Green Flash, but softer.
