A: The beer is a bit hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving lots of specks of bubbles on the surface with a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose along with notes of grassy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, with additional hints of spicy hops. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems a bit hoppier compared to other Helles Lagers and shares some similarities with German Pilseners.

Poured from a pint can dated 7/16/19 into a tulip glass. Decent carbonation dissipates to thin lacing, straw gold color. Carbonation actually continues very well. True German malt up front, thin mouthfeel, dry finish. I like this, and would buy it again.
