Copenhagen 27/3 2020. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Blank metal can with sticker. Purple sticker with Keith Shore drawing of man and a woman trying to play a portable keyboard together
Pours hazy, sunny, golden yellow with a medium-sized, dense white head. Settles as flimsy, transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. A bit frothy along the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruitiness, a citric streak and a ominous odor of glue. Peach and pineapple. Citrus and grape fruit. Light chemical odor rummaging in the background.
Moderately strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth, soft texture.
Flavor is fairly intense. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light citric and bitter undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Solid NEIPA from the sweeter side of the spectrum.

A: The beer is very hazy pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, but consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tangerines are present in the nose along with notes of herbs and hints of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the herbal flavors are a bit stronger.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is quite murky and has a bit of dankness from the herbal and piney flavors.
Serving type: can
