A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head and left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of green grapes and biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of biscuit malts along with notes of green grapes and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a touch of dryness.
O: With the aromas and flavors of green grapes, this beer seems to be like a hybrid of a pilsner and a kölsch.

Dude, bro, dude... Mikkeller San Diego in the house like TK Burger grilling steamed hams on another epic Saturday. Pure west swell at Blackies with 4-6 foot faces. Epic! Drop in, fat bottom turn, sneak back into the curl... I’m feeling this one. Oh, what’s that? There’s time to pull out and ride the nose like Joel Tudor like he’s clocking his 9 to 5?
