A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some lacing on the surface.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with sourness with hints of lemons and limes. There are some sweet hints of vanilla and lactose towards the finish.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation (the lactose lends a bit of underlying smoothness).
O: This beer is rather sour and tart, but the vanilla and lactose lend a bit of contrasting aromas and flavors.
