Double India Pale Ale w/ Mesquite Honey & Grapefruit Peel.
SUPER COLLAB WITH: Superstition Meadery, AZ Wilderness Brewery, Almanac Beer Co, Pure Project Brewing, Seven Islands Brewery, Firestone Walker - Propagator, Gigantic Brewing
For this epic collab featuring ourselves and 7 different breweries with the addition of Mikkel himself, we spared no expense making a boundary pushing, innovative Double IPA. Complex notes of sweet but spicy mesquite honey are balanced by the addition of bitter grapefruit peel for a truly fascinating brew.

Pours a semi clear light amber with fluffy head.
Smell is citrusy with notes of pine, green tea and some spicy hints and a touch of bell peppers.
Taste is fruity and intense. Notes of citrus, green tea, pine and some floral, wooden hints. Some spiciness and booze on the finish. Moderate bitterness, and quite dry.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, an interesting beer that I thought would be crazier than it was.
