Gose brewed with oranges. Perfect balance of salty and tart. Slightly wheaty with strong ripe fruit aromas. Fuller body than our usual gose’s and finishes with strong notes of sweet orange peel and zest.

A: The beer is hazy and a bit pale yellow in color with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin layer of white bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour citrus are present in the nose - lemons seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and is somewhat sour and salty but also has some flavors of yogurt to go along with those of the citrus, which include lemons and bits of oranges.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked how the sourness and saltiness played out in the taste of this beer; these were not overshadowed by the citrus fruits. This lended some refreshing properties to the beer.
