A base of American 2 row and German pilsner malt, with a bit of Munich type 1 for some malty sweetness, and carafoam for amazing head retention. Whirlpool additions of Mosaic, Simcoe and Mi Chinook add spice, pine, and notes of juicy pineapple. Dry-hopped it with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe for that classic Pacific Northwest piney, resinous, tropical aroma.

A decent modern WC IPA. Nicely built, thin and clean body, with a strong hop bill that really pushes up against the bounds of reasonable bitterness. Not one for those who aren't acclimated to intensely bitter hop profiles
Very pale, clear yellow with a hearty white head.
Nose is mild, nothing that I can really pick up.
Taste has clean dry cracker base with a bitter and pithy citrus character with some soft, overly ripe fruit character too.
Thin and clean mouth feel.

If you've ever had their Windy Hill NE IPA, it's like that but more West coast style. Its a solidly refreshing beer. Has notes of a west coast IPA with the drinkability and smoothness if a NE IPA. Highly recommend, good stuff!

Pours a clear dark yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is fruity and citrusy with notes of pine, grapefruit, resin and hints of peach and green tea.
Taste is piney and citrusy with a potent bitterness dripping with sticky resin. Notes of tea and peaches. Very well balanced with a dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, modern west coast IPA.
