Pours a slightly hazed orange-yellow color with a medium sized head.
Smells of crackers, wet wheat, lighter lime and a hint of oranges.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a bubbly carbonation to it.
Tastes of a mineralic quality, white bread dough and riper mango and orange. Turns maltier then with sugared bread dough, caramel malts and a coating lime bitterness. Finishes a bit more rustic, with a pleasant hop crispness and lighter, balancing malts.
Quite solid for a glutein free pale, with a nice, old school flavor set-up, which would benefit from a little more hops and a little less pronounced malts.
