Red Lager brewed with a mix of red and Munich-type malt. Addition of Perle hops adds a balanced spice to the finish while notes of caramel and toasted barley hit in both aroma and flavors. Medium mouthfeel with the right amount of hoppy bitterness to balance out the sweet malt rich profile.

A: The beer is clear reddish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high beige head that left a collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of caramel and toasted malts are present in the nose along with hints of biscuit malts.
T: The taste has flavors of caramel and toasted malts along with notes of brown bread and a slight touch of sweetness and hints of spicy malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O; This lager is very malty but is easy to drink because there are just enough underlying hops to mask the sweetness. I liked this beer's name because it is brewed in Queens and apparently there are some places in the borough where a sign is posted indicating a left on red is permitted.
