Apricot Brut IPA. Super clean, bright, and refreshing while still maintaining strong fruit and hop notes.

A: The beer is a little hazy amber yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose along with hints of apricots.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the apricot flavors are stronger and more balanced with those of the citrusy hops (orange stands out in particular). There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting take on a Brut IPA. It's not nearly as dry compared to other beers in the style but the apricot flavors in the taste lend some complexity.
