Copenhagen 14/11 2022. 47,3 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Steel can with a green label with a drawing of a confused lady in a dry tumbler.
Pours unclear yellow with a big white head. Settles thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of fermented tropical fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Mango, passion fruit and pineapple. Decay. Grapefruit and lemon. More subtle.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong fermented sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness.Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potet ride in the dry tumbler.

S: subtle, earthy hop notes with hints of chamomile and lemongrass
T: nice, dank, earthy citrus rind hop notes with hints of chamomile and lemongrass in the juicy finish.
M: medium bodied and velvety smooth.
O: nice feel and taste combo; solid drinking beer; filling.

Clear, golden color. The bartender needed to do a double pour and the beer was still served with a two-finger head. Near blanketing lace.
Clean smell with brief mild malt followed by a more floral hop nose.
The flavor is more dirty with light earthy flavors. The malt portion is dry while the hop adds a light, white pepper bitterness. Higher carbonation but with an elevated rich body. Longer aftertaste. Overall, a classic west coast IPA.

A pleasant and crisp IPA with a masterful bend of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo hops. Its got a nice dry feel to it that helps it maintain a light mouthfeel while still conveying a sense of hop juiciness. At 7.5% its just about where it should be and makes for a good warm day beer. Cheers!
