This one pours a murky purplish color, with a small head and a bit of lacing.
I don’t get any coffee on the nose, just blueberry and some sweetness.
The lack of coffee in the taste and aroma is disappointing - it sounded like an intriguing use of the beans. It’s just basically an average heavily fruited blueberry kettle sour, as I also don’t really get any pomegranate.
This is medium bodied, slightly creamy, with a good drinkability.
This did not live up to potential, unfortunately.

Opaque, dark purple with a small white head.
Smells boozy, initially? Then I realize it's very astringent pomegranate, accentuated by burnt coffee. Blueberry, sourness, and lemon as well.
Nice blueberry-pomegranate juicy flavor, accentuated by subtly dark roast coffee. Hints of chocolate and burnt toast. Medium-plus sournes and lemon zest, boosting it all.
Smooth, silky feel with medium-plus carbonation. Tart and crushable.
Really nice Berline Weisse. Creative and delicious.
