Pours a nice yellow, with a small head retention. The nose is too malty, but this dissipates and leaves a pleasant combo of fruit, malt, coffee and Cuban cigar.
The taste disappoints a bit as the hops can't push back the unpleasant sweetness of the malt. As is, this is only good, not great.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some alcing. Aroma of huge citrusy floral notes with light mango notes is quite enticing. Taste is also a great mix of huge juicy hops notes of citrus and mango with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice juicy notes and good balance of flavours.

Canned June 11, 2020. LCBO purchase for $4.25 CDN. Served cold into a pint glass.
Appearance - Hazy rich golden-orange colored brew. Two plus fingers of long lasting decadent white head with great staying power.
Smell - Tropical notes initially, passionfruit, papaya and grapefruit. Flowery perfume aromas as well. Not the most intense nose out there, but does smell good.
Taste - Some citrus, mango, orange and some grapefruit with elements of papaya mixed in. Good flavors, but a touch subdued. Lots of graininess in behind. After a couple sips, wonderfully easy to drink and flavors just kind of reach out and wrap themselves around your tongue.
Mouthfeel - Medium-heavy bodied, slick and a bit sticky with just below average carbonation levels which works nicely with the flavors.
Overall - Pretty solid IPA, think a fresher sample (mine's almost 2 months) might make a difference with this one. Even still a tasty IPA with good balanced tropical flavors that are fairly juicy and robust.
